Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count)
  • 8 links cooked breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking eggs)
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook sausage links according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a skillet with butter until soft curds form.
  • Unroll crescent dough. Place a spoonful of eggs, cheese, and one sausage link on the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up the dough starting from the wide end. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with maple syrup for a sweet and savory combo.
