Instructions

Sear beef cubes in oil in a large pot. Remove.
▢
Sauté onion, carrots, and celery. Add garlic.
▢
Return beef. Add broth, tomatoes, potatoes, and seasonings. Simmer 45-60 mins.

Add green beans and corn. Cook 15 mins.
Notes
Sear the beef in batches for maximum flavor. Simmer gently to keep meat tender.
