  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce or queso
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef and season with taco spices.
  • Layer beef, cheese, crunch layer, sour cream, and lettuce on tortilla.
  • Fold edges toward center to seal.
  • Sear in a hot skillet seam-side down until golden.
