Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.

Stir in the diced bell pepper, green onions, olives, and cheddar cheese.

Spread mixture evenly over the tortillas, leaving a small border at the top.

Roll the tortillas tightly. Wrap each log in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pieces. Discard the empty ends.
