Instructions

Grease 9x13 dish. Cube bread.
▢
Place bread and berries in dish.
▢
Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. Pour over bread.
▢
Refrigerate 30 mins or overnight.
▢
Bake at 350°F for 35-45 mins until golden.
Notes
Use day-old bread for the best absorption. Do not thaw frozen berries before adding.
