Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread or Brioche, cubed (12-14 oz)
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9x13 dish. Cube bread.
  • Place bread and berries in dish.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. Pour over bread.
  • Refrigerate 30 mins or overnight.
  • Bake at 350°F for 35-45 mins until golden.

Notes

Use day-old bread for the best absorption. Do not thaw frozen berries before adding.
