Ingredients
  

  • 1 box White or Vanilla Cake Mix (plus ingredients on box)
  • 8 oz Mascarpone cheese, cold
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions
 

  • Bake cake layers according to box instructions. Cool completely.
  • Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, and extracts until smooth.
  • Slowly add heavy cream. Whip on high until stiff peaks form.
  • Layer cake with frosting and fresh berries.

Notes

Ensure cake layers are fully cool before frosting. Keep refrigerated until serving.
