  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  • Fry chicken in oil until golden and crispy.
  • Toss hot chicken with half the sauce and serve over rice.
