Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or 2%)
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour (or oat flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk yogurt, egg, sweetener, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake 10-12 mins.
