Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain fat.

Place bread cubes in the baking dish. Top with sausage and 1 cup of cheese.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the bread mixture.

Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool slightly before serving.
