Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Quick-cooking oats
  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa.
  • Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for exactly 60 seconds.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in oats until fully coated.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Let cool until set (20-30 mins).
