Ingredients
  

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
  • Brown beef with onions and garlic. Mix in cooked rice and half the sauce.
  • Stuff peppers and place in a baking dish with remaining sauce on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. Add cheese and bake 15 mins more uncovered.
