Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 26 oz Frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 12 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk (whole is best)
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 bunch Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Grease the slow cooker insert generously.
  • Layer 1/3 of hash browns, 1/3 sausage, and 1/3 cheese. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours (or HIGH for 3-4 hours).
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
