Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Rub spice mix all over pork and place in slow cooker over sliced onions.
  • Add vinegar and broth. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
  • Remove and shred with forks. Toss with BBQ sauce and cooking juices.
