Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Cook fettuccine in salted water. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
  • Season and sear chicken in a skillet until cooked through. Set aside and slice.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan until melted. Toss with pasta and a splash of reserved water.
  • Top with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.
