  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 jar (24oz) Marinara Sauce
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef with garlic; stir in marinara sauce and simmer.
  • Mix ricotta, egg, parsley, and half the Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a 9x13 dish; repeat three times.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 mins; uncover and bake 15 mins more until bubbly.
