Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Linguine or Spaghetti
  • 1.5 lbs Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Shallot, finely diced
  • 0.5 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 whole Lemon, juiced and zested
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  • Sauté shrimp in oil and 2 tbsp butter for 2 minutes per side; remove from pan.
  • In the same pan, sauté shallots and garlic. Add wine and lemon juice; reduce by half.
  • Whisk in remaining butter, then toss in pasta, shrimp, and parsley to coat.
