Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28oz)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta al dente.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
  • Add tomatoes and simmer 10 mins.
  • Stir in cream and cheese.
  • Toss with pasta and basil.
