Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 cups Russet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Fry bacon. Use grease to sauté onion.
  • Add flour to make roux.
  • Add liquids and potatoes. Simmer 20 mins.
  • Mash partially. Add cream.
  • Serve garnished with bacon.
