Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen shredded hash browns (30oz), thawed
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet; drain fat.
  • Spread thawed hash browns in the bottom of the dish.
  • Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and spices together. Pour over the casserole.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden brown.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
