Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp hot water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugars.
  • Dissolve soda in hot water. Add to batter with eggs/vanilla.
  • Stir in flour and chips.
  • Bake 350°F (175°C) for 10 mins.
