Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup European unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chunks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cream butter and sugars until very fluffy (5 mins). Add eggs.
  • Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate.
  • Scoop large balls. Bake 10-11 minutes.
