Ingredients
  

  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups dark chocolate discs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Whisk melted butter and sugars for 2 mins.
  • Add egg, yolk, vanilla. Whisk well.
  • Fold in flour, soda, salt. Fold in 3/4 chocolate.
  • Scoop balls. Top with remaining chocolate.
  • Bake 10-12 mins. Bang pan halfway through.
