  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 slice Deli ham, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Bell pepper or Spinach, diced
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Spray a large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray.
  • Crack eggs into mug. Add milk, cheese, and veggies.
  • Whisk thoroughly with a fork.
  • Microwave on High for 45 seconds. Stir.
  • Microwave for another 30-45 seconds until set.
