Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

  • Mix beef, crumbs, egg, and spices. Press into dish. Bake 20 mins at 375°F.
  • Make cheese sauce with butter, flour, milk, and cheese. Toss with cooked pasta.
  • Drain meatloaf grease. Top with mac and cheese.
  • Bake 15-20 mins more. Rest before slicing.
