Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz penne or fettuccine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta to al dente. Reserve water and drain.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
  • Add butter and garlic. Cook 1 min. Add broth and simmer.
  • Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat, stir in cheese, then toss with pasta.
