  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup apple, peeled and finely diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk flour, oats, and spices.
  • Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in diced apples.
  • Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden.
