  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk flour, soda, and salt.
  • Mix peanut butter, yogurt, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Do not overmix.
  • Drop onto baking sheet. Press with fork.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
