Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
  • 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 whole onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef and onion. Drain fat.
  • Add rice, broth, tomato sauce, and spices. Simmer.
  • Transfer to baking dish. Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 375°F for 25-30 mins.
  • Top with cheese and melt uncovered for 5 mins.
