Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar (white or brown)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line sheet with parchment.
  • Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Roll into balls. Place on sheet.
  • Press with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake 8-10 mins. Cool on sheet for 5 mins.
