Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup sugar (for rolling)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon (for rolling)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
  • Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet mix.
  • Roll dough into balls, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on sheet for 5 mins.
