Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 2 whole bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 whole red onion, sliced
  • 4 whole pita breads
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chicken, peppers, and onion with oil and spices.
  • Spread on a sheet pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Mix coleslaw with ranch dressing. Refrigerate.
  • Warm pitas in the oven for 2 minutes.
  • Fill pitas with chicken mix and top with ranch slaw.
