Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients.
  • Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
  • Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  • Scoop onto baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Cool on pan.
