1 lb sweet Italian sausage, casings removed

1 large onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large bell pepper, diced

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

2 cups cubed bread (preferably a day or two old)
