1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 or 70/30 Lean to Fat Ratio)

1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Chili Powder

1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, or a mix)

4 Large Tortillas

2 tbsp Butter, Divided
