Ingredients

6 slices of ham (such as prosciutto or serrano)

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large eggs

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste
