Ingredients

4 cups stale bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb cooked sausage crumbles

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
