Key Ingredients

When it comes to cooking a great steak, the quality of the meat is crucial. Look for a high-quality ribeye or strip loin, and make sure it’s at room temperature before cooking. For the potatoes, choose a variety that’s high in starch, like Russet or Idaho, for a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Fresh parsley is essential for adding a bright, fresh flavor to the garlic butter sauce. Make sure to chop it finely and add it towards the end of cooking to preserve its flavor and texture.

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
